44. Carolyn's Grade two Class
Carolyn speaks a little Japanese. All her conversations with her kids are English only. Here they learn directions. Carolyn is very animated in her teaching and very well liked by the staff, vice-principal and principal of the school which is about a twenty minute train ride from Fukuyama.

John Ward is an accomplished photographer living in Burlington Ontario. He and Eleanor travel often and the various bolgs you are viewing represent some of his best photographs. John's previous experience has been in commercial, portrait and wedding photography as well as black and white developing and printing. In the 1970's John also contributed "Village People" to the Bloor West Villager, a monthly newspaper in Toronto. John is a current member of the Latow Photographers' Guild.
