38. Hiroshima Castle
This castle was first build in 1589, named as a national treasure in 1931 and then destroyed by the atomic bomb. The castle was rebuilt as a museum in 1958. Sad.

John Ward is an accomplished photographer living in Burlington Ontario. He and Eleanor travel often and the various bolgs you are viewing represent some of his best photographs. John's previous experience has been in commercial, portrait and wedding photography as well as black and white developing and printing. In the 1970's John also contributed "Village People" to the Bloor West Villager, a monthly newspaper in Toronto. John is a current member of the Latow Photographers' Guild.
