31. Talking Japanese
Carolyn is talking to the person that booked us in and brought both our dinner and breakfast. Carolyn thought he was quite cute and is using hand signals and her Japanese to tell him about us. The dinner was veggie. Carolyn and I liked it but, Elle is not into Tofu. In the morning we attended Buddhist prayers a 6:30 am. It is much colder on the mountain but the rooms are heated quite well with space heaters.

John Ward is an accomplished photographer living in Burlington Ontario. He and Eleanor travel often and the various bolgs you are viewing represent some of his best photographs. John's previous experience has been in commercial, portrait and wedding photography as well as black and white developing and printing. In the 1970's John also contributed "Village People" to the Bloor West Villager, a monthly newspaper in Toronto. John is a current member of the Latow Photographers' Guild.
